TIMING of order preparation and shipment

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

‘WHEN DOES MY PARCEL ARRIVE?’

‘ARE THERE PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER?’

...these are some of the questions you ask us daily by phone, e-mail and chat.

First of all, it should be pointed out that our warehouses are replenished every week, but each company has its own preparation/shipping times, which are correctly indicated on each page.

On pages where this is not indicated, the terms of sale generally apply.

Working days are understood to be the days from MONDAY to FRIDAY, excluding, therefore, Saturday and Sunday or any bank holidays and public holidays during the week.

Each company then has different lead times, which can be:

- 7/10 working days (HITACHI, MAKITA, VALEX, etc.)

- 10 working days (FEMI, COMPA, BOSCH etc)

- 10/15 working days ( LAVOR, ANNOVI, MICHELIN, BLACK&DECKER, ALPINA, etc)

Spare parts by reservation only deserve a separate discussion.

Spare parts by appointment only, unlike the others, are spare parts that are collected ONLY for the customer who buys them.

These are spare parts that are not available in our warehouses.

Therefore, shipping times are determined by the parent company, which indicates when it can distribute the codes.

And for this reason for such spare parts the timeframe can be:

-15 working days

-20/30 working days

- even longer times.

This explains why, for spare parts on order, it is written in flashing red on the page to ‘CONTACT BEFORE ORDERING’.

The invitation is especially addressed to customers who need to receive spare parts in a short time frame.

If, when ordering, you should miss the timing, you can write us an e-mail or chat and our operators will give you the right information.

Please remember that in order to receive correct answers about your order, you need to provide your order number, which consists of a series of letters (not numbers), or alternatively write to us from your registration e-mail address.
