How do I make sure it is the correct part for my machine?

This is one of the questions that nags our customers both before they place their order and afterwards.

One can identify spare parts for a machine either by using the model name or the serial number, and this, clearly, depends on the parent company.

For Makita, Hitachi, Rurmec, Compa, Stayer, Flex etc the correct and complete model name may suffice.

For Bosch, Femi, Lavor, Annovi, Fiac etc the serial code that is written on the label attached to the machine is CRUCIAL.

Therefore the first thing to do is to type in the model name or serial code on the search bar of our website.

The machine page will open.

On that page it says PDF, you will only need to download the PDF to get the technical drawing of the machine.

Identifying parts in a technical drawing is an IMPORTANT process to make sure you are ordering the correct parts for your machine.

Here is a simple guide on how to do this:

1) Look at the technical drawing: start by examining the technical drawing provided for each brand. Each part produced by the parent company will be marked with a number.

2) Find the numbering: in the drawing, look for the numbering next to each part. These numbers are generally placed next to the parts they identify.

3)Consult the parts table: below the technical drawing is a table that corresponds to each part number. This table contains detailed information such as part number and name or other useful specifications.

4)Take note of the necessary information: having identified the spare part you need, take note of the part number and any additional details that may help during ordering.

5)Proceed with the order: once you have identified the parts, you will be able to register on our portal to place your order.
Always be sure to enter the correct part number in the shopping cart to ensure that the order is accurate and to avoid errors in supply.
