WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

‘WHEN DOES MY PARCEL ARRIVE?’‘ARE THERE PROBLEMS WITH MY ORDER?’...these are some of the questions you ask us daily by phone, e-mail and chat.First of all, it should be pointed out that our warehouses are replenished every week, but each company has its own preparation/shipping times, which are correctly indicated on each page.On pages where this is not indicated, the terms of sale generally apply.Working days are understood to be the days from MONDAY to FRIDAY, excluding, therefore, Saturday and Sunday or any bank holidays and public holidays during the week.

Each company then has different lead times, which can be:


- 7/10 working days (HITACHI, MAKITA, VALEX, etc.)

- 10 working days (FEMI, COMPA, BOSCH etc)

- 10/15 working days ( LAVOR, ANNOVI, MICHELIN, BLACK&DECKER, ALPINA, etc)
